Chocolate S’mores Rice Krispie Treats are the Easiest Dessert You’ll Make This Fall

These s’mores Rice Krispies are the perfect dessert to make as we move from long summer days to cool fall evenings. They come together in no time and they’re no-bake, which is perfect for those of us who are still waiting for crisp fall temperatures to arrive. Plus, they’re loaded up with all the nostalgia of your favorite childhood treat! Yep–if you’ve been hunting down delicious, easy fall dessert recipes, now is the perfect time to call off the search.

These s’mores Rice Krispie treats are extra chocolatey, thanks to chocolate Rice Krispies cereal and the additional chocolate chips. We’ve also got plenty of mini marshmallows, graham cracker pieces, and Hershey’s chocolate bar pieces to round out the quintessential s’mores experience.

S’mores Rice Krispie Treats:

To make your s’mores Rice Krispies mix, simply melt butter and marshmallows in a large pot on the stovetop, then stir in your chocolate cereal and chocolate chips. Add this to a greased 9×9 pan, and top with mallows, graham cracker pieces, and chocolate bar pieces. Be sure to do this right away, pressing the toppings in, so they stick to the Rice Krispie treats.

Let these treats set up as long as you can possibly bear before digging in. (For me, that’s usually about 30 minutes!) You’re sure to love these s’mores treats, and you’ll be the star of the show anywhere you take them! Might I suggest whipping these cute treats up for a fall bonfire night? Or even as an after-school treat with the kiddos? Keep scrolling for the full recipe–and happy baking, friends!
