How To Use The Good Patch to Elevate Your Everyday Routine

Published by

Adhesive wellness patches are the newest, well, wellness trend to arrive on the scene, designed to aid with a variety of maladies from insomnia to hangovers to menstrual cramps. Sounds pretty good, right? We think so. That’s why our Beauty & Wellness shop is now stocked with a variety options from The Good Patch. Also known as transdermal patches (meaning the ingredients are absorbed into your through the skin and don’t have to go through your digestive system). The result? A constant, steady absorption of all the plant-based goodness, without all the extra stuff.

So how exactly do you use wellness patches? It’s pretty darn simple–just follow the below instructions!

Transdermal Patch Application:

  • Peel and stick one patch for up to 12 hrs on the side of a wrist or any venous area that is clean and dry.
  • Finished? Simply peel the patch off.
  • Reseal the envelope by squeezing the seal together.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.

(See? We told you it was easy. )

Choose The Good Patch for You:

Rescue:

If happy hour or your holiday celebration turned into one-too-many, The Good Patch Rescue 4-pack has you covered. The adhesives patches are formulated with DHM (a flavonoid that can reduce hangover symptoms), green tea extract (for natural energy), and B1 (which is depleted by drinking alcohol) to help your body recover after overindulging!

Dream:

Can’t sleep? The Good Patch Dream patches are formulated with melatonin, valerian root (an herb used to reduce anxiety and stress), and hops (a natural sedative) to relax you and send you off to dreamland.

Relax:

Speaking of relaxation, these adhesive patches feature ashwagandha, passionflower, and other key ingredients to help you decompress. Had a stressful day? Stick with the Relax option!

B12 Awake:

It happens to the best of us: If you’re feeling that afternoon slump, The Good Patch B12 Awake patches have caffeine (for mental alertness), green tea extract (for general wellness), and B12 (which has been known to enhance brain function) that work together to bring you natural energy.

Soothe:

Soothe mild to moderate aches and pains with The Good Patch Soothe patches, formulated with menthol and capsaicin. These are perfect for using post-workout!

Cycle:
