The first time I made these oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough bites, I was thinking I would end up with something pretty healthy and granola-like. The ingredient list was so short, clean, and simple that I wasn’t even thinking of them as cookies, but more as a healthier little snack to cure my chocolate/peanut butter cravings. One taste of this dough straight from the blender and I knew I had stumbled upon something magic: Then I popped them in the freezer overnight and they turned truly special.
