Who wouldn’t love their kitchen island adorned with an array of delicious cheeses, meats, fruits, and more, all beautifully arranged to create a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds? That’s exactly what I did for a recent bridal shower I hosted for my future sister-in-law, and let me tell you, it was a hit!
For the centerpiece of my spread, I opted for a large round brie, cut into a heart shape with a cookie cutter to add a touch of romance. Surrounding it, I arranged a variety of other cheeses to tantalize the palate. But it’s not just about the food–I also incorporated decorative elements like candlesticks with bows to really elevate the presentation.
To embrace the theme of love, I scattered heart-shaped strawberries, salami and prosciutto roses, and an assortment of red and cream-colored fruits throughout the boards. The result? A feast for the eyes that perfectly captures the spirit of the season.
