That’s exactly what I did for a recent bridal shower I hosted for my future sister-in-law, and let me tell you, it was a hit!
For the centerpiece of my spread, I opted for a large round brie, cut into a heart shape with a cookie cutter to add a touch of romance. Surrounding it, I arranged a variety of other cheeses to tantalize the palate. But it’s not just about the food–I also incorporated decorative elements like candlesticks with bows to really elevate the presentation.
To embrace the theme of love, I scattered heart-shaped strawberries, salami and prosciutto roses, and an assortment of red and cream-colored fruits throughout the boards. The result? A feast for the eyes that perfectly captures the spirit of the season.

But why stop at just one board? I also assembled smaller boards featuring a single cheese adorned with strawberries and flowers, as well as a dessert board featuring heart-shaped apple slices and delectable treats.
