Please note that you are responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties, charged by your government to the purchasing party for importing items. Payment for international orders must be from a verified PayPal. If you are not fully registered with PayPal, your order may be delayed or canceled until your PayPal account is completely verified.

Due to the extra amount of care and effort that goes into the packing and shipping of international orders we are unable to accept coupons for international orders (with the exception of WORLDWIDE).

When will my order ship?

Orders with Economy and Standard shipping options are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Orders placed with Express Shipping before 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

What do you charge for shipping?

If your order subtotal is over $150, then you qualify for Free Economy Shipping! To claim your free shipping, type "WORLDWIDE" into the coupon code box at checkout and select "Redeem." This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, and must be applied at the time of checkout. You are responsible for any tariffs and duties placed on your order by customs officials. Some orders may be assigned additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. This offer only applies to standard shipping, which generally takes 9-21 business days. This offer may be canceled at any time. Free international shipping is not valid in the US, U.S. based territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

Expedited shipping is available via phone, and an exact quote for shipping will be provided toll-free at 1-866-918-5858. Please have the names of your items and shipping address ready when calling. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve them before we ship your order.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships from our warehouse, we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please visit usps.com for tracking information (if applicable). To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com.

Will there be taxes and duties due when I receive my package?

Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a coupon on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s).

What happens if I refuse a package or it is undeliverable?

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package on the original and return shipments. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Am I charged extra for shipping backordered items?

You will be charged shipping and handling only once. There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items are sent via Economy shipping.
