Cheers to a Sweet Fall Season With This Easy S’mores Cocktail Recipe

Long live S’mores season! The beloved graham cracker-chocolate-marshmallow sandwiches are a classic outdoor treat, and a camping fave, which makes them ideal for summer and fall. That said, if you don’t have access to an open flame but want that sweet, toasty flavor, a S’mores cocktail is your craving cure.

I personally think S’mores are the perfect treat to make any time of the year, but they have a special cozy feel that makes them the perfect thing to enjoy as we transition into cooler days, crisp fall leaves, and bonfire nights. This S’mores Cocktail is chilled though, so it’s perfect for those of us who may only be dreaming of cooler temps as September arrives.

The best thing about these sweet cocktails with vodka? They’re so easy to make–but still completely stunning! Start by preparing your glass rims–this takes just a few extra minutes but makes any cocktail look like it was made by a professional mixologist. Dip your glass rims in chocolate syrup and graham cracker crumbs. Shake up vodka and chocolate liquor, and pour over a puddle of chocolate syrup in the bottom of each glass.

Top this indulgent cocktail with whipped cream, toasted mallows, chocolate, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs. Toasting your marshmallows first really lends that campfire feel to this drink, and adds a fancy finishing touch to this easy recipe. You can toast your ‘mallows on a cookie sheet under your oven’s broiler or my personal preference: use a blow torch for that true campfire char!

I can almost guarantee these cocktails will make you the hit of any gathering–and put you in an autumnal state of mind, no matter the temperature outside. Scroll on for the complete recipe, and happy fall!
