All you need to make these cute treats is chocolate, graham crackers, marshmallows, and cake pop sticks! You can mix and match your pops by making some larger s’mores and some dipped marshmallows. Either way, make sure to drizzle a little chocolate and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs before the chocolate sets for a fun look! You can even customize these to match your school colors for a graduation party by using colored melting wafers!

  • PREP TIME: 10 MINS
  • SERVES: Yield: 5 large s’mores and 8 dipped marshmallows
  • S'mores

  • how to make s'mores at home
  • no bake s'mores treats

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces milk or semi sweet chocolate (Use a good-quality melting chocolate like Ghirardelli wafers or Baker’s chocolate. It works better than chocolate chips)
  • 5 sheets graham crackers
  • 13 marshmallows (5 for the full s’mores, and 8 for the dipped marshmallows on a stick)
  • Cake pop sticks

Directions

Prep:

  • Melt your chocolate gently in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each until completely melted.
  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  • Break each graham cracker into two pieces along the line.

Make the S’mores:

  • If you want, place the marshmallows that will go in the full-size s’mores on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil for 1-2 minutes to toast.
  • Add a dab of melted chocolate to the inside of each graham cracker piece, to help the marshmallow stick, then place the marshmallow in between.
  • Stick a cake pop stick into the marshmallow, and then dip in the chocolate (it’s actually easier to hold it over the bowl and use a large spoon to spoon the chocolate over the whole thing). Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat for all the full s’mores.
  • Stick cake pop sticks into the remaining marshmallows and dip them in the chocolate too.
  • Let everything rest on the baking sheet and pop into the fridge until the chocolate is set.

Serve & Store:

  • Enjoy once the chocolate is set! These can be kept in a container in the fridge for a few days.
