We made this together last night and it was really good!
We got the canned coconut milk but I guess we didn’t shake it well enough because there were bits of unmelted coconut in the drink.
Definitely gonna try again, but overall it was a delicious drink.

Did it for 8 people so double it exceptionnel for thé lime juice. Had to pass in the blender since it was coaculated. Decorated it first with whipped cream, then pomegranate and mint. Oh yes, put sugar around the rime. Everybody loved it. To bad I can’t put thé photo.
