No, The Going Gets Puffed Sky Blue Mini Skirt is a perfect everyday skirt, too, with casual light blue cotton box-pleated over layers of puffy tulle. Banded waist has a darling bow at front. Hidden side zipper/hook clasp. Fully lined. Model is wearing a size small. Self: 100% Cotton. Contrast: 100% Polyester. Hand Wash Cold.

      Very puffy

      It looks greater on photo than in reality. It's very puffy and looks so much girly. I had to return it.

      Not cute like pictured

      It arrived very wrinkled. i put it on and it was oddly large looking. It poofed out but not in a cute way. I could not wear this out, would feel uncomfortable.
