  Cute- but super unflattering!

  "I was so excited when this skirt arrived; however, when I tried it on, the black tulle poofed out almost like a tutu... It didn't look at all like it does online. It was incredibly unflattering. It also looks much more gold in person than it does online. I wore it once to see if the tulle would lay flatter over time, but it sadly did not. Don't buy!"
