When it comes to creating a themed board for a holiday, I love to use the colors that are associated with that day. And for Valentine’s Day, bring on all the pinks, purples, and of course, red!

If you’re planning to host a Valentine’s get-together or Galentine’s Day party, you have to make this dessert board for your guests! It’s got everything from candy to fruit, and it’s the perfect fun, festive way to bring your loved ones (or one) together! Because honestly, who doesn’t love dessert?

This sweets ‘charcuterie’ board is honestly so pretty, I wouldn’t blame you if you made it any other day of the year (bachelorette party, anyone?). Scroll on to see what you’ll need and how to make your own!

Dessert Board:

Ingredients:

    • An Assortment of Valentine’s Day candy
      • Sour Patch Hearts
      • Conversation hearts candy
      • Sweet Tarts Hearts
      • Gummy hearts candy
      • Jelly Belly Hearts
    • 2 kinds of Valentine’s Day cookies
    • Heart-shaped macaroons
    • Grapes
    • Apples
    • Chocolate-covered strawberries
    • Cara Cara oranges
    • Blackberries
    • Raspberries
    • Cherries
    • Candied pecans
    • Fresh sage
    • Edible flowers

    Instructions:


    Step 1: Use fun heart shaped ramekins filled with candy as the base of your board!

    Step 2: Fan the cookies around the edges of the board or around the ramekins

    Step 3: Add in pops of color with citrus and apples cut in the shape of hearts!

    Step 4: Start to fill in the wholes with fruit! I used

    • Grapes
    • Chocolate covered strawberries
    • Raspberries
    • Blackberries
    • Cherries

    Step 5: Add your finishing touches with fresh sage and edible flowers!
