glasses of easy champagne cocktails for new years eve
prosecco cocktails in glasses with decorations
The season doesn’t really feel official without clinking at least one glass of the bubbly, which is why we’re celebrating with an easy champagne cocktail recipe. We used Prosecco, the Italian version of champagne that has a fruitier flavor profile than its effervescent cousin. Combined with grapefruit bitters for a citrusy zing and a cube of Demerara sugar, this sparkling sip is virtually effortless to prepare and feels like a holiday party in a glass–er, flute.
