Pumpkin Pie Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz spiced captain Morgan rum
  • 1 oz Baileys Irish creme
  • .5 oz skinny pumpkin syrup (Amazon)
  • Pumpkin pie spice mix few dashes in drink
  • Fluffy whip for topping
  • Few dashes of pumpkin pie spice on the whipped topping

Instructions:

  1. Start by adding the rum, Bailey’s, pumpkin syrup, and a few dashes of pumpkin pie spice to a shaker with light ice. Shake for about 30 seconds to a minute until super cold and frothy!
  2. Using pumpkin pie spice mix and sugar mix together, sprinkle on a plate. Use a little bit of your pumpkin syrup to rim your glass, and then dip in the sugar for a sugared rim.
  3. Strain your martini into your glass and garnish with whipped cream and a few dashes of your pumpkin pie spice mix!
