Updating your look for the new season can be as simple as incorporating some fall nail colors into your mani. ‘Skittles nails’ were one of the biggest beauty trends of the year–and they’re the perfect way to transition into autumn. It may not be full-on sweater weather yet, but with different color nails in a mix of earthy neutrals and a hint of pale pastel, you’ll be ready to lean stylishly into the season ahead. Transitional Fall Skittles Nails

Supplies:

  • Taupe nail polish (I used Easily Suede by Essie)
  • Muted pastel blue nail polish (I used Creme Brû Laid by Bare)
  • Sandy tan nail polish (I used Cereal Milk by Sunnies Face)
  • Ginger nail polish (I used On The Bright Cider by Essie)
  • Deep sienna nail polish (I used Ghost Ranch by J.Hannah)
  • Top coat (I used Seche Vive)

Instructions:

Step 1: Start with clean dry hands with a thin layer of base coat.

Step 2: Apply two coats of the taupe polish to the pinky.

Step 3: Apply two coats of the muted pastel blue to your ring finger.

Step 4: Apply two coats of the sandy tan to your middle finger.

Step 5: Apply two coats of the ginger orange to your pointer finger.

Step 6: Apply two coats of the deep sienna to your thumb.

Step 7: Apply a coat of top coat to all nails. Remember to allow polish to dry before applying each coat to ensure speedy quick time and no smudges.
