rosé cocktail

Sunny days and warmer weather are upon us and you know what that means: It’s sorbet drink season! This fun and easy Raspberry Sorbet Rosé cocktail is the perfect drink to serve at bridal showers, for Easter, and all spring and summer long. It’s full of bright flavors from the raspberry sorbet and the rosé, and is always a crowd-pleaser. The best part? This recipe couldn’t be any easier!

raspberry sorbet rosé

Simply grab a container of your favorite raspberry sorbet, a bottle of your favorite rosé wine, and some fresh raspberries. Scoop two scoops of raspberry sorbet into a large glass (such as a margarita glass, or something else with a wide opening). Pour your rosé of choice over the raspberry sorbet, and add in a handful of fresh raspberries. Top it off with a sprig of mint for a polished finishing touch.

You can easily make this drink into a mocktail by using red sparkling juice in place of the rosé. A strawberry or raspberry soda would also work well in place of the wine.

If you’re serving this in warmer weather, you can use frozen raspberries to act as a sort of ice cube in the drink, without any worry of watering it down! If you’re serving this at an outdoor event, be sure to have a cooler filled with ice to place the rosé and sorbet in, so guests can put together a drink at their leisure, without worrying about ingredients melting or getting warm sitting out.
