Who says you can’t celebrate Pride all summer long? Rainbows never go out of style and electric neon colors pair perfectly with the hot weather! Spending some extra time indoors? Use those hours inside to get creative–you can try a couple of variations of this neon rainbow nails design with confetti or a precise nail art brush. The future is looking brighter already!

Neon Rainbow Nails
Supplies:
- Sheer base coat (I used Butter London Nail Foundation)
- Neon nail polishes (I used neon pastel shades from KB Shimmer) or neon confetti
- Nail art brush or nail glue
- Matte top coat
Instructions:
1. Paint clean, filed nails, with one coat of your favorite sheer base coat.
2. Let dry for five minutes and paint another coat if you want to add opacity.
3. If you have a good nail art brush, use the tip to outline the rectangle at the base of the nail, and then fill in with the color. Use a different neon color for each nail as shown.
4. Alternatively, you can use pieces of neon confetti and place a small amount of glue on the nail in order to adhere to each piece of confetti.
4. To finish, use a matte top coat and seal your nail art design.
