2. The Chopra Center

Feeling overwhelmed? You’re not alone. Luckily, wellness guru Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey have teamed up to host you a free 21-day guided meditation journey from The Chopra Center online. The  series is called Hope in Uncertain Times and aims to help calm your mind as part of Chopra’s #HopeGoesGlobal movement. “As we meditate each day together, we’ll find peace of mind in the midst or turmoil, and help our global community to find hope and optimism,” The Chopra Center  posted on the company website. “Bring a friend and share the power of meditation.”

 

3. Peloton

Learn the basics of meditating anytime, anywhere with Peloton. The company may be beset known for its cycling classes, but Peloton’s digital app (available for free with an extended trial for 90 days!) offers dozens of meditations, covering the gamut from basic tips  to better sleep meditations, all led by top-notch Peloton instructors to help you stay calm and carry on regardless of whether you’re a novice or a seasoned pro.

 

4. Balance

In a recent tweet, this personalized meditation app company announced that they’ll be gifting a free one-year subscription to anybody who is interested during COVID-19. Try everything from sleep to focus to breathing meditations to help ease your anxiety from the comfort of your own home. So what’s the catch?
