This Women’s History Month, Lulus hosted In Bloom, a panel conversation celebrating women in full bloom—not just at the finish line, but through every moment of growth, and every season. Held at Lulus on Melrose, the space was dressed for the occasion, with fresh flowers in springy pinks, peaches, blues, and purples—setting the tone for a conversation that was every bit as lush as the florals surrounding it. And yes, each woman showed up in something from our In Bloom edit, because when the dress fits the moment, you wear it.
The conversation was raw, real, and deeply inspiring, covering career highs and lows, building a legacy, navigating pivots, and the quiet power of showing up for yourself even when no one’s watching. We were joined by six extraordinary women, each at a different chapter of their story, and every single one of them had something to say that will stay with us. Get to know each of the panelists and watch the full panel on our YouTube—trust us, you’ll want to hear every word.
Meet the Panelists:
Janette Ok, Creator and Style Storyteller (Moderator)

Guiding the conversation was Janette Ok, a multidimensional creator at the intersection of sport and style. With over 2 million followers across platforms, Janette has built a world all her own, blending streetwear, performance sport, and everyday lifestyle.
Janette uses clothing as a form of self-expression and her platform as a safe space grounded in faith, creativity, and self-love. Sharp, intentional, and naturally collaborative, Janette brought that same warmth and clarity to her role as moderator, creating a space where every woman felt seen.
In her words (on manifesting): “Success–it’s meant for all of us. We can all contribute to it; we can all experience it.”
Kat Clark, Entrepreneur, Podcast Host, and Creator

A proud Filipina and former teen mom from Australia, Kat Clark built her platform from the ground up with one mission: to create the life she once dreamed of for herself and her girls–and she did exactly that. Named TikTok Creator of the Year, Kat has since launched Kalade, her skincare brand now stocked at Sephora, and SunnyDe, a swimwear line she co-founded alongside her daughter Deja. Her podcast, Basically Besties, gives her daughters–and her audience—a space to talk honestly about women’s issues, self-worth, and finding your way through young adulthood.
Now documenting her family’s new life in Los Angeles, Kat is as committed as ever to the thing she believes in most: the power of female community, mentorship, and betting on yourself.
In her words (on the pivot that changed everything): “I wanted my kids to see me work toward something I was passionate about.”
Alexa Robertson, Actress

With a career spanning from her childhood role as Young Sarah on Chuck to recent projects including the horror franchise Terrifier 3 and the upcoming pilot VITCH!, Alexa Robertson has range in every sense of the word.
She’s also set to recur in the next season of The Hunting Wives, and her credits extend to Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul, Anna Nicole, and Marshmello & Polo G’s “Grown Man” music video. But beyond the roles, what stands out about Alexa is the way she talks about the craft—with joy, groundedness, and a genuine love for the journey.
In her words (on rejection and resilience): “Rejection is everywhere, and it’s unavoidable…For me, being able to protect my positivity comes from the knowledge and confidence that what’s meant for me will not miss me.”
Toni Breidinger, NASCAR Driver and Model

Toni Breidinger has been racing since she was nine years old, and she hasn’t slowed down since. Now the winningest female driver in U.S. Auto Club history with 19 wins, she’s also making history on the NASCAR circuit, becoming the first woman to compete in two NASCAR races in a single day and earning the highest debut finish of a female driver at Kansas Speedway.
Off the track, Toni has built an equally impressive presence as a model and media personality, appearing in fashion brand campaigns and features in GQ, Marie Claire, Glamour, and more. With over 5 million social media followers, she’s one of the most followed drivers in NASCAR—proving that breaking barriers and building a brand can go hand in hand.
In her words (on being a trailblazer): “My biggest piece of advice is not to be afraid to be the first you.”
Bec Gross, Celebrity Wardrobe Stylist

Rebecca “Bec” Gross is the woman behind some of Hollywood’s most memorable looks. An LA-based wardrobe stylist, Bec has dressed clients for red carpets, editorials, television, and the Met Gala.
Her credits as a Key Stylist include E! News and Fashion Police, and she’s collaborated with brands like Amazon, Morphe, and ColourPop. A mother of two, Bec is a living example of what it looks like to build a thriving career while showing up fully at home.
In her words (on being intentional with your energy): “Is it leaving a legacy? Or is it hustling just to hustle?…It’s so important now for me to feel like I have positive energy and I’m fulfilled in a way that I can give positive energy to people in my life.”
Amanda Williams, Senior Reporter and Correspondent, Us Weekly

Amanda Williams has been at the forefront of entertainment journalism since 2012, building a reputation for covering Hollywood’s biggest stories. Originally from Las Vegas, she got her start as an intern at Entertainment Tonight before spending six years as a Senior Reporter at E! News, covering everything from Oscar ceremonies to headline-breaking celebrity moments.
Now a Senior Reporter and Correspondent at Us Weekly, Amanda brings over a decade of sharp instincts and dynamic storytelling to everything she does. She’s covered the Super Bowl, Oscars, Golden Globes, and countless premieres–and brought that same depth and energy to the In Bloom panel.
In her words (on embracing imperfection): “Don’t strive for perfection, because perfection doesn’t exist.”
