First up, the Aperol Spritz! This iconic drink is a vibe and requires just three ingredients: Aperol, Prosecco, and soda water. Assembled right in your glass over ice, one sip will transport you straight to the Italian coast.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Aperol
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz soda water
Instructions:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour in Aperol, followed by Prosecco and soda water.
- Garnish with an orange wheel and a festive straw.
Spicy Paloma: A Zesty Twist on a Classic
Next, we have a twist on a classic: the Spicy Paloma. This cocktail blends tequila, grapefruit, and citrus with a kick of fresh jalapeños. Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and sliced jalapeños for a drink that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz tequila
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 3 jalapeños
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
Instructions:
- Rim a glass with lime juice and Tajín.
- In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, and grapefruit juice. Shake with ice.
