With Mother’s Day right around the corner and there is no better way to spoil your favorite mama this season then with a brunch/breakfast board (and mimosa bar)! And one of my favorite breakfast board ideas is a build-your-own waffle and pancake “charcuterie” board.
With a pancake and waffle board, your favorite mama can make the perfect bite with her favorite toppings. I wanted to give my mom and our guests the option to pick what goes on their breakfast, so I included maple syrup, Nutella, and Greek yogurt! But you could totally change the containers to your favorite dippers–or serve extra butter on the side!
My favorite hack for crafting a breakfast board? Buy what you can get premade! I found the silver dollar pancakes in the frozen section at the grocery store and the waffles in the refrigerated section. Going this route makes it super easy to assemble and a very low lift to put the board together. That leaves more time for you to get ready and enjoy yourself–and enjoy the company of your loved ones!
