There’s nothing quite like a fruity cocktail when the warm weather hits. In the spring and summer, drinks with seasonal berries are refreshing and delicious, and these Mixed Berry Margaritas are just the thing to brighten up any occasion. Bonus: they’re super simple to make!
These margs may be easy to whip up, but they’re still impressive (and festive!) enough to serve at a gathering like a bridal shower. Just start by making a berry simple syrup with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, water, and sugar. In addition to being delicious, this gives your drinks the most beautiful vibrant color–perfect for pairing with a gorgeous maxi dress in a bold floral print!
To make the margaritas, simply combine the berry simple syrup, tequila, lime juice (or limeade, if you want an extra boost of sweetness) to glasses filled with ice. Top with a skewer of fresh berries and a lime wedge for a beautiful, yet easy-to-make spring/summer cocktail. And if you’d like to make a mocktail, simply substitute lemon-lime soda for the tequila!

The recipe can be scaled up to make as many, or as few, drinks as you like. And, the berry simple syrup keeps in the fridge for a few weeks, meaning you can whip up a drink or two anytime you please. Whether you’re making a batch as a bridal shower drink or serving up happy hour for one, mixed berry margaritas will make for happy sipping this season!
