Soft, flowy, great for those tricky in-between dress codes where you want something colorful/not-TOO-fancy but still floor-length to be on the safe side and leaning a little more formal.     Sizing chart told me to get XL. I bought a L based on reviews and so glad I did because I would have been swimming in the XL.
