    Why it didn't fit

    It fit everywhere except when I zipped it up, could not get the last 4 inches to zip

    Gorgeous lace details

    The detail of the lace on this dress is stunning!!!! The style is just not for me and didn't fit my body well, but I did really love this dress it is so pretty. The zipper was also kind of stuck, but I think it was just a random issue and I'm sure Lulus would have resolved it if I chose this dress.

    Best customer service!

    I got my wedding dress in the last minute. I got the wrong size, which the style department people told me to order size S. When I got it on Monday, I tried it on it's a little bit small. My wedding is on Friday and I need to leave town on Thursday. So I was so worried I couldn't get any dress on time for my wedding, and I'm worried that I need to alter it. Definitely, I won't have time to do that. So I called the customer service. I didn't... Read More

I just hope they can send me a size M and use the fast one, I can pay for the shipping. The customer service didn't charge me any more for shipping and exchange the dress for me. They told me I can get my dress on Wednesday. But actually I got it on Tuesday, which gives me one day for alternating!!!! It actually turned out better. I got another pair of high heels so that I don't have to change anything if this dress. The only problem with this dress is that the zipper doesn't work very well, as other people's reviews state. - Xiaolin L.
