Boot season is coming upon us fast and furious. From lug-soled boots to patent styles, it’s probably safe to assume you’re already gearing up to swap out your sandals for some more killer cold-weather footwear. This means that fall is coming. While it’s never a bad idea to invest in classic women’s fall boots, this year we all deserve to bring a little more fun and excitement into our lives.

This season we’re seeing classic silhouettes, like western boots with elevated details and fabrications. And while ivory and white booties are definitely not new on our radar, rocking them with a square toe and contrasting black sole definitely is a fresh take that we can all get excited about. Boots in pop colors and rich fall hues are coming in hot, as well. Check out our favorite fall boots for women and step out in a pair that will put some pep in your step.
Western-Inspired Boots

These boots were most definitely made for walking. Unlike your classic cowboy boots, this season’s western boot styles have fashion-babe flair. With modern silhouettes and unexpected colorways, as well as details like fringe, metallic finishes, embossing, and topstitching, you can score a look that’s cool without being costumey.
Croc Print and Patent Boots

Go for the gloss in a pair of patent boots: These slick styles elevate any look! Rock them in classic black or sophisticated tortoise, in sleek ankle boot form or an edgy lace-up pair.
Evening Boots

We’re all ready to step out and make a statement this season, and rhinestones, pearls, velvet, lurex, and satin are just some of the fancy boot fabrications on offer. They look great paired with simple outfits like jeans and an oversized sweater, so rock them all fall and keep them alive through the holiday season!
High Shaft Boots

Tall boots have been around forever, and they never went away–but boots with high shafts are making their mark this fall as a must-have. Available in a variety of shapes, fabrications, and heel heights, taller boots can be trendy, classic, edgy, or all of the above! Whether you opt for croc-embossed knee-high boots in lavender, slouchy taupe vegan suede boots, or structured white western-inspired boots, the options abound this season to take your look to new heights.
Platform Boots

The thicker the sole, the better! The Y2k style revival is thriving well into the second half of the year (see also: Barbiecore), and it has its benefits! Not only will these platform boots give you the street style vibe you’re looking for, but the thick soles will add height with comfort as you navigate the world this fall!
