Can I add a previous guest order to my account?

Yes! If you placed a guest order using the same email address associated with your Lulus account, our team can merge the order to your account for easier tracking and history. Simply contact us here and we’ll be happy to help.

Please note: Orders originally placed as guest orders are not eligible for our Love Rewards loyalty program, even if they are later merged to an account.
