Can I update my address after I place an order?
• We are unable to update addresses on orders placed using Klarna, Afterpay or Paypal
• For order adjustments, such as cancelling the order, updating an address and/or shipping method, we request you cancel the order (so long as it's eligible) by going to lulus.com/orders, and entering in your email address and order number. Here you will be able to proceed with order changes and cancellations so long as the order has not processed for shipment
• Please note: Payment is not collected until the order ships so if you place an order and need to cancel to make an adjustment, you will not be charged
