How long does it take to move up a tier?
If and when eligible, you will move up a tier as soon as the minimum points required for that tier have been allocated to your account. Pending points do not qualify you to move up a tier. If you return items during the 30-day period after your full order ships and no longer have the minimum amount of points, you won’t move into the next tier.
