If you previously deleted your Lulus account or requested that your data be removed, past orders will no longer be associated with an active account and are not eligible for Love Rewards points. Points are only earned on orders placed while logged into an active Lulus account.

If you’d like to start earning points again, you’re welcome to create a new Lulus account and opt into our Love Rewards loyalty program at any time.
