Part of my order shipped but I haven’t received rewards yet. Why?
You receive points for a purchase 30 days after an order ships in full. If for some reason your order ships in multiple shipments, you will receive points 30 days after the last item in your order ships. Your order might ship separately due to backordered or presale items, or because doing so allows us to get some items to you faster.
