These Terms are subject to Lulus’ Terms of Service. By participating in the Program, you and Lulus, its predecessors in interest, successors, and assigns, as well as each of their respective past, present, and future parents, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Lulus Parties”) agree that all disputes between you and Lulus Parties shall be resolved exclusively by individual, binding arbitration instead of jury trials or class actions, as provided in the Terms of Service. PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY: MANDATORY ARBITRATION MEANS THAT YOU AND LULUS PARTIES ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS OR COLLECTIVE ACTION.

Eligibility: The Program is available to Lulus shoppers who are residents of the United States (including Washington D.C.) and at least 18 years of age. Lulus employees are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate: To participate, use the referral links available on the Program page to invite eligible friends to shop at Lulus, either via email, through a direct link, Facebook or Twitter. An eligible friend is one who: (a) is a United States resident and at least eighteen (18) years old; (b) has never previously purchased on Lulus; and (c) is not employed at Lulus. Each eligible friend that you refer to the program will receive a coupon that can be used on their first qualifying purchase of $50 or greater on Lulus. There is a limit of one (1) coupon per friend.

Rewards: If an eligible friend that you referred clicks on the link in the e-mail or Facebook or Twitter post that you initiated, and makes a qualifying purchase of $50 or greater, you will receive a coupon that can be used on a future purchase of $50 or greater on Lulus. Please allow up to two (2) business days after your friend’s qualifying purchase to receive the coupon. Note that if a referred friend makes a purchase through any method other than by clicking on the link in the email or Facebook post that you initiated, you will not receive a coupon. You may earn a maximum of ten (10) coupons through this Program.

Coupon Terms: Additional coupon terms, including values, requirements for how to make a qualified purchase, any minimum requirements, any expiration date, and other restrictions will be provided at the time coupons are delivered. Coupon codes are valid in the US only. Coupon is not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Privacy: This Program is administered on site by a third-party vendor, Yotpo. Pursuant to our Privacy Policy, Lulus will provide your personal information to Yotpo only for the purposes of providing the Program services on our webpage. Lulus will only use your friend’s email address to notify your friend about the referral and in the future only if the friend opts to receive emails from us.

General Terms: You may not attempt to make referrals by providing names of people you don't know, sending unsolicited emails, by posting on sites in a manner that violates the terms of use of those sites, or by providing false information. Lulus, in its sole discretion, may impose limits on how many referral links may be shared by an individual, as well as how frequently those referrals may be shared, and coupons may not be given if those limits are exceeded. Lulus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Program, violates these Terms, or engages in other conduct that Lulus, in its sole discretion, determines to be disruptive or contrary to the spirit of the Program. Any decisions that Lulus makes in connection with the Program are final and binding.

Modification and Termination: Lulus.com reserves the right to modify any of these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect your ability to earn or redeem coupons. We also reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, even though termination may affect your ability to earn or redeem coupons. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes made to these Terms. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about any changes we may make to these Program Terms. The most current version of the Terms will be available on the Program page.
