By participating in any in-store giveaway, I represent and warrant that I am 18 years old or older, and acknowledge that I have voluntarily agreed to this release related to visual and audio images and recordings of me in connection with my visit to Lulu’s Fashion Lounge, LLC’s (“the Company”) Los Angeles store (“Store Visit”). For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant to the Company and its assigns, licensees, sublicensees, and successors-in-interest, the absolute, irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use photograph(s), video, audio, and audio-visual recordings as well as results and proceeds thereof of my likeness and voice taken of me during my Store Visit by or on behalf of the Company (collectively, the “Content”) in all forms, in all media, in any manner, for any purpose. 

I hereby waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Content. I also hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its agents or employees, from and against any claims or liability arising from or related to the rights granted herein.

Nothing herein will be construed to obligate the Company to produce, distribute or use any of the rights granted herein. This authorization, release, and agreement will be construed according to the laws of the State of California applicable to agreements which are agreed to and fully performed therein.

This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or appointed arbitrator, such determination shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision herein.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE ABOVE AUTHORIZATION, RELEASE, AND AGREEMENT, PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN ANY IN-STORE GIVEAWAY, AND I AM FULLY FAMILIAR WITH AND UNDERSTAND THE CONTENTS THEREOF. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE COMPANY. FURTHERMORE, I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER IS IRREVOCABLE, AND THAT THIS RELEASE WILL BE BINDING UPON ME AND MY HEIRS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND ASSIGNS.
