What if I accidentally return a non-Lulus item?
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that only Lulus items from the applicable order are included in their return package. Any personal items or products from other retailers sent to Lulus in error are sent at the customer’s own risk.
• Lulus is not responsible for personal or non-Lulus items that are included in a return shipment.
• Because returns are processed at a large-scale warehouse facility, we cannot guarantee that items sent in error can be located or recovered once they arrive.
• If a non-Lulus item is identified during processing and can be located, we may contact you to arrange return shipping at your expense. However, recovery is not guaranteed.
• Lulus cannot provide reimbursement, compensation, or replacement for any personal or non-Lulus items sent to us in error.
• To help avoid issues, please carefully review the contents of your return package before sealing it and keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
