Final Sale Policy
• Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or online credit.
• Final Sale items may be eligible for a one-time size or color exchange of the same item if the final paid price is over $20 after discounts and promotions are applied, subject to availability. Your order confirmation email will indicate whether the item is eligible for an exchange.
• If the requested size or color is unavailable, an exchange cannot be offered and the item is not eligible for return.
• Final Sale items with a final paid price of $20 or less are not eligible for return or exchange.
• All Final Sale items sent back as part of an exchange must meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

I Bought a Final Sale Item and Don’t Like It — What Can I Do?
Through our partnership with Poshmark, eligible Lulus Final Sale items may display a “Resell on Poshmark” button in your order history. This feature allows you to create a resale listing using your original item details, making it easier to pass along your Lulus piece to someone else.
To resell a Final Sale item:
- Log into your Lulus account and view your order history, or look up your guest order using your email and order number
- Select an eligible order and click the “Resell on Poshmark” button next to the item
- You’ll be redirected to Poshmark to sign in or create an account
- Set your price, review your listing details, and publish your listing
Please note that all resale transactions are completed directly on Poshmark and are subject to Poshmark’s terms, fees, and policies. Selling an item through Poshmark does not change Lulus’ Final Sale return or exchange policy.
