Who is considered an "active" customer?
An “active” customer is defined as a customer who has taken a qualifying action in the most recent 12- month period. These actions include:
- Making a qualifying purchase from us
- Successfully referring a friend to Lulus through our Refer-a-Friend program
- Completing any of the “earn actions” described on lulus.com/love-rewards
