    Cute, just not on me

    I wanted to love this dress...it really is cute...but it isn't very flattering on me. I am about 115 lbs, 5'5" and ordered the small. It fit fine, just didn't give me much of a figure. The belted part didn't quite hit at the waist...but that's not the dress's fault. For reference, my measurements are 35-27-36.
