    Versatile and Vibrant Dress with Slight Alteration

    I wore this dress to my sister's tropical wedding, and I have worn it in more casual settings since. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase - but not without critique. First, the material was thinner than I had expected. I thought the quality could have been nicer for $63. At least the fabric was comfortable. I'm glad I picked size M because there wasn't much stretch at the ribcage. However, I was annoyed at the middle criss-crossing straps.... Read More

First, the material was thinner than I had expected. I thought the quality could have been nicer for $63. At least the fabric was comfortable. I'm glad I picked size M because there wasn't much stretch at the ribcage. However, I was annoyed at the middle criss-crossing straps. They were too long and could not be adjusted, even though the outside straps were adjustable! Since I'm short, I sewed the middle straps down for a better fit. I took off about an inch to make it floor length without heels. My shoes are typically 2.5-3 inches tall. - Alice Y.

    Vibrant Color!

    Beautiful dress! Lulu's always tells me to order a small, and I ignore them and get an extra small. This has always worked for me in the past. NOT THIS TIME..... I measure 29" around my rib cage, and that is the only place it was too small. I could fasten the clip at the top and zip it up until the top of my ribs (right under my boobs). Went to exchange it for a small and it was sold out :(

    Didn't even want to try on

    I have been a long-time Lulus customer and was so shocked at this dress. This is the first time I'm returning because of quality. The quality was so cheap looking I had to recheck the price and was disappointed. The quality didn't match the price and I didn't even want to try it on! Immediately returning!

    Beautiful! Love!

    Wish I had gotten better photos of this dress because I love it so much!! It's so beautiful and fits so well. Didn't even need a bra; there was plenty of support even through a wedding. Highly recommend this dress!

    Good dress

    I ordered an XL based on reviews, but am normally a L. The XL was just a tad too big (like maybe an inch on each side of the hip), so I'm getting it altered- but honestly, it fits okay. I don't think I could have squeezed into the L. I could fit a thick strapless bra in there for sure on the XL. I wish the slit was more noticeable.
