Truly Ugly - Only Got BC of BOGO Deal
This is mostly a review of the customer service (the earrings are ugly as hell, don't pay for them). I ordered several items in JULY and returned them in early August, and the order was received by Lulu's in mid-August and I STILL don't have the credit back from the return.
