    way too big and bulky

    This was soft but way too big and bulky. I returned it but Lulus has failed to return the restocking fee they promised they would return since this item took a month to receive it and I had to buy a label from the UPS store to return it. I wish you had a QR code that I could take a pic on my phone, like I do with Amazon orders...would be so much more convenient.

    Floppier than it looks

    I have a large bust, so I can struggle with picking the right size. I can wear anything from a medium to an XL at Lulus depending on the cut. I went with a large for this one and did not like the fit. It was my much larger with a boxier cut than I thought. Also the pockets on the boobs were not flattering because they don't exactly lay flat. it added more volume which for me was not a good look.

    Coziest sweater weather top

    The softest cozy sweater! Perfect for the cold weather when I don't want to leave my warm bed, this is the perfect substitute. A cute top that kept me so warm and got me so many compliments at my office pajama party when I paired it with some flannel pants!

    Cute BUT poor quality

    So annoyed, the first time I wore the sweater I noticed a huge hole in it and of course, it was after the return window. Too expensive to have holes in it.
