An Unpleasant Shopping Experience
The quality of the items was not great, but I can accept that - after all, you get what you pay for. However, I am completely baffled by their service. I returned the items in perfect condition, and while I understand the deduction of the shipping fee, I cannot understand why my GST and PST were not refunded. This has been a truly unpleasant shopping experience.
