      Beautiful

      This skirt is beautiful. The royal blue color is as bright and vibrant as the picture. The material is a nice quality and forgiving. Yes the skirt does stretch and fits true to size. I usually wear a small and I ordered a small and the fit is perfect. I would recommend this item for all body types but if you are short like me this skirt is long but this skirt is fitted and does have a flattering shape. I love it.
