It's a very beautiful skirt. It's very long even with heels. Unfortunately, it's very hard to fix this even as a seamstress because it's not made very well at all. The layers are very uneven with one another. I've never seen the outside fabric of a skirt go from 2 inches from the slip to almost one as you go from left to right.
