    Runs small

    I'm usually a size XS to S, ordered the small and the buttons are gaping in some areas. Other lulus items usually run a bit large for me but this one was definitely much smaller than normal. Lulus also isn't allowing returns on this specific item.

    Disappointed

    The dress is extremely small even though I went with their size recommendation. This ended up being a free item from a promotion that I will never use. Unfortunately, they were not able to do anything about it. The sizing is misleading and their customer support is not helpful at all.
