      Material

      I wanted to love it, but it just looks like someone skinned an ugly couch to make it. The material is depicted as so nice (under photog lighting), but it really just looks cheap. I'd have returned it, but the Lulu*s exchange and return shipping policies are bunk. After contacting customer service, it wasn't until a second round of communication that I got some useful answers, and by then it was too late to do anything.
