BROKEN DRESS
Both the dress straps BROKE after 1 hour...I was at a wedding and was being held together with safety pins. It was so embarrassing. I requested a refund and was told they could only give me a partial one or store credit. Extremely disappointed in this dress and my experience with LuLu's. — Summer C.Response from Lulus.com:
