    NO REAL POCKETS

    Jacket has 2 potentially functional pockets that are sewen shut. I emailed Lulus asking if this was intentional or a defect. They sent me a replacement saying that was not up to standards. The new jacket had the same problem. The second customer service person I spoke to said it was in fact intentional, so I ended up returning. I cannot imagine this is intentional and the description does not make it clear that these pockets are not functional.... Read More
    Jacket has 2 potentially functional pockets that are sewen shut. I emailed Lulus asking if this was intentional or a defect. They sent me a replacement saying that was not up to standards. The new jacket had the same problem. The second customer service person I spoke to said it was in fact intentional, so I ended up returning. I cannot imagine this is intentional and the description does not make it clear that these pockets are not functional. Buyer beware. They also flap around on the inside which is so ugly especially considering the pockets aren't even functional! Target has an almost identical jacket that has functional pockets, plus they're sewen to the inside lining creating an addtional interior pocket as well as a sleek look. - Ciara N.
