Fit Super Weird
This dress fits me so odd! The straps and upper body of the dress were so loose, but then it felt tighter in my hips. It also ran a little long on me, but I am shorter, so it isn't unexpected. Also, the quality was pretty rough, which felt odd because I've gotten some really awesome dresses from Lulus before! I'm disappointed.
Based on the measurements you asked for, it said I should order a medium. Definitely too small all around.
