Made of a soft material, but the heel is squared and it's kind of awkward. But the shoe itself is cute. Just sits kind of strange of your heel.

Too narrow
This shoe is more appropriate for someone with narrow feet. My foot is wide, so the strap was way too narrow for me. They are super cute, so I was disappointed. Unfortunately, I had to return these.
