Love this bag. I got it in the sage green color, and it is true to picture in both, size, style, and color. The inside has pockets on both sides, and it feels sturdy. It's a beautiful purse but not the purse I requested. I requested the bone white purse to go with my birthday outfit. It came in time but wrong color. *Lulu's team rectified this. Happy customer*. I was excited to wear this bag a week after I received it, only to find out the chain was broken. At first, I thought you had to hook it on yourself, but when I saw similar products, the chains came attached. Very disappointed and I can't return because I rushed to take off the label. So now I'm stuck with a bag that I can't use and wasted money.
