    Chain looks cheap

    The chain material is cheap and broke off easily.

    Disappointed

    This bag is so pretty and beautifully beaded. But it is so heavy that the handle cannot hold it. The chain is plastic and the rings don't close all the way, so it doesn't hold up. Will be returning.

    Cute bag-but has some minor flaws

    My husband bought this bag for me as my birthday present (I picked it out of course). I fell in love with it on the website as soon as I saw it. In person, the bag is super cute. The beaded detail and ombré effect is so pretty. However- the actual construction of the bag has a few flaws.     My husband bought this bag for me as my birthday present (I picked it out of course). I fell in love with it on the website as soon as I saw it. In person, the bag is super cute. The beaded detail and ombré effect is so pretty. However- the actual construction of the bag has a few flaws. The bag itself is pretty heavy due to how many beads are on it, so it feels like a high quality bag- unfortunately the chain strap and zipper do not live up to the rest of the bag. I was expecting the chain to be made of some type of metal, but it's plastic and feels cheap compared to the rest of the the bag. Also- the beads weigh down the sides of the bag, making it hard to zip. The zipper feels cheap too, it catches on itself because it's not very high quality. I am worried the zipper is going to stop working after having just carried it once, because I already am having a hard time zipping it all the way back up. I wish the chain and zipper matched the quality of the rest of the bag-otherwise I would give this bag a 10/10. - Jenny R.
